Ignore the dated exterior. The generous rooms are renovated and modern. I always find it quiet. Good firm bed, hot shower and kitchenette. The air on actually works. Ample off-street parking. I have stayed here about 10 times. Outstanding value for your $.

Comfortable affordable accommodation. The rooms were well appointed with microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. Air conditioned with queen size bed. Shower, toilet and acceptable size basin. The usual tea coffee and biscuits for a cuppa. Outside pleasant grounds with a swimming pool and bbq. You can always tell an upmarket establishment by quality of their pillows and these have certainly been comfortable. I have no problem recommending this establishment.
