Great location, fair price. Decent linens, simple breakfast, updated bathroom. The owner, Adrian, is helpful and friendly. Was very noisy for two nights because the night manager went out, but Adrian was going to address that. Having the locked entry down the hall at the base of the stairs felt a little unsafe. Should be at the door, or at least visible from the street.

Okay so i don't normally write reviews but i have to on this booking. Upon arrival the staff ( owner ) was brilliant checked me into the room early and was very welcoming. The following day in passing i me unmentioned that i was bored and he suggested things for me to do that was amazing. As i said i don't normally write reviews but i feeltjat this hotel is amazing value for what it is please booooook i swear it'll be the best holiday you'll ever have.

Close to King's Cross station & the Harbour areas of Sydney. The room wasn't generous, but it was clean, the bathrooms were immaculate & it was quiet & welcoming. Breakfast lack-lustre!
