  Be warned that the entire tourist strip in Sydney is a giant building site, and round the clock heavy machinery means noisy noisy noisy. The hotel supplied earplugs and we used them. If you are thinking about a stay in Sydney, consider beachside or one of the Harbourside suburbs but avoid city and near the rocks/ Quay at all costs. None of this is the fault of the Establishment- a big end business geared hotel. It just all feels big bold masculine, expensive and obviously so. Partner loved the aesthetic, and it is certainly not your typical hotel room offering. Very Large room with quality fixtures and pared down style, nice touch to be able to hook music up to quality speakers and we used this to try and counter Street and excavation noise. Extensive minibar was topped up daily but milk left out to sour and teabags not replaced. Friendly staff, good restaurants and popular bars in the complex. Just bring a lot of flash and a lot of cash.

  Beautiful setting, very good staff service, good food. Only not a5 as we got stuck ordering behind a group of 30, so had to wait too long for food. The staff have is an extra drink and dessert to make up for it.

  Nice bar. Was a little busy during Wednesday night. Courtyard in the back is nice.

  I love the mix of bars. From a speak easy downstairs to a great after work bar at the ground level there is something for everyone. 50% off drinks for happy hour during June is great too!

  Went for a few drinks with friends. Nice experience, but the toilets were a bit average. Needs a more regular clean and refill of toilet paper.
