Colour City Creatives Inc was established in 2010 in Orange, to give local creatives and artists facilities for collaboration, exhibition, shop outlet, studio rental, workshops and mutual support.
The ever growing and vibrant group from the local area, produces art at the Barracks and in their private studios at their homes, properties and farms. From far and wide the art is brought in for exhibitions held jointly. The resulting collaboration weaves a wonderful web of visual stories and personal expression.
During the local festivals, the artists throw open the doors of the Barracks Galleries and Studios to the public and you are invited to explore the studio spaces, see how an artist works, walk the corridors, look around the galleries, be inspired by the exhibitions.
